Geoscience activities concentrate on standard topics (directed by standards and procedures). Focussed on integrating subject matter areas within own discipline. - Works as part of a team on defined projects/studies with moderate supervision, which requires a comprehensive combination of applied and theoretical knowledge. Job requires a solid understanding of standard principles. Applies standard techniques or procedures to assigned tasks. - Articulates key HSSE risks applicable to role. Explains Goal Zero aspiration and importance of Safety Culture/HSSE performance (together with processes required to drive and sustain improvements). Intervenes as required in areas of Sub-Surface Process Safety and travel/office HSSE.- Performs the specified, Geoscience tasks within a project. No budget responsibility or direct reports.- Manages the relation with one or more (groups of) internal and external stakeholders on operational/tactical level. Scale and severity of consequences if things go wrong is limited, involving some stakeholder management.
