Project Manager FEC Global MI/BI Oversight
The FEC Global Management Information and Business Intelligence (MI/BI) Oversight function is responsible for the insight and alignment across the FEC domain on reporting and data definitions, MI requirements, MI change initiatives
and MI change prioritization; to ensure correct and sustainable implementation of the identified KPI’s and KRI’s used for Global FEC risk reporting.
The strategic goal is to enable the FEC organization to steer on data driven and client centric reporting by ensuring optimization of the FEC MI infrastructure and ensuring sound MI requirements delivery across the FEC Domain.
The objectives include oversight of the MI and reporting value chain delivery, enhanced insights into MI related needs and change progress and alignment on business terms and data definitions across the FEC domain.
Key objective of the Project Manager FEC MI/BI Oversight is to collaborate with key stakeholders across the FEC landscape, both business and FEC Tech for the purpose of providing insight in and oversight of critical data products, MI change initiatives and landscape challenges.

In relation to the assigned area of change: • Support the FEC MI/BI Oversight Team: by coordinating, managing and creating progress updates and progress challenges, with a specific focus on stakeholder management, document writing and storytelling skills. • Support Development and Maintain Reviews: Continuously review MI/BI oversight initiatives against the plan and new insights. • Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather business and IT insights and analyse the moving parts across the FEC landscape to streamline efficiencies.

We are looking for a Project Manager who coordinates, challenges and supports the progress tracking and steering on the FEC MI/BI Oversight on behalf of the head of the FEC MI/BI Strategy and Oversight team, and who collaborates with various business lines and FEC Tech, project managers within a large, dynamic environment to achieve required improvements.

In addition, it's important that you recognise yourself in the below:

Must Have: 

• Education/Work and Attitude Level: WO (university) with 7-10 years of experience. 

• Project Experience: Experienced in managing dynamic project initiatives within Banking and Technology, preferably in Data Governance and Data Management and MI/BI Reporting. 

• Multi-Stakeholder Environment: Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment and progressing actions with different stakeholders outside your team. • Writing Skills: Experience in writing senior management presentations, and demonstrated storytelling skills. 

• Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Agile mindset: Experience with Agile and Azure (DevOps) and reporting, always seeking continuous improvement and always eager to learn.

 • Tool Proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Azure, Power BI is a plus 

• Mindset: A critical mindset with a hands-on approach and can-do attitude. 

• Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills in English.

Nice to have

 • Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of Client due diligence, money laundering, terrorism finance, and sanctions.
