Within Asset Analytics Wind (YIPBW) in Asset IT of Vattenfall IT we are developing and maintaining analytics solutions for BA Wind, which supports Wind related Energy production for Vattenfall.
Within our setup we are now looking to hire a Scrum Master.

What will you do? 

We are looking for Scrum Master who will collaborate with senior stakeholders and other business areas to remove problems, impediments and speed up development process. Scrum Master will work with multiple Scrum Teams at the same time.


Your tasks and responsibilities: 

Cooperate with business stakeholders

Eliminate the impediments and streamline the work of the Team.

Help the Product Owner with the management of the Product Backlog.

Educate the business stakeholders about the values of Scrum for their work.

Coach Team Members and the organization on Scrum and empirical process and its application in real life


Who are you? 

As our Scrum Master you will bring professional experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master or in the related field, excellent communication skills, ability to distribute the knowledge among all Team Members and strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Next to this you bring: 

Quick learning skills to master the business environment of the new industries

Willingness to work in teams with strong DevOps culture

Strong independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Experience working with various teams simultaneously

Great command of English (written and spoken C1).
