This includes encouraging effective collaboration to manage dependencies and remove obstacles and distraction that may cause impediments. In addition, you ensure team events are held with a clear purpose and outcome. And above all you have fun in being a driver for the Agile way of working. Sharing knowledge, skills and best practices to further adopt this way of working with more than 50+ teams Van Lanschot Kempen wide.

Your experience     

You are energetic and have a can-do mentality. This is how we describe you best as the Scrum Master for the IMTA Cash Journey cluster, covering two DevOps teams (Operations and ThaT). These are the talents that you use to become an important part of the team. Also:

•    You have a bachelor's degree
•    Certified PSM I
•    Pragmatic, empathic approach with the ability to drive change
•    You are a good listener, clear communicator with the necessary organizational sensitivity and excel in providing feedback and team building
•    You are a team player and would like to help maximizing the value the team delivers
•    You are fanatic on realizing growth and development of teams, working pro-actively and based on the Agile values and principles
