We zijn op zoek naar een senior Reporting Analyst die ruime ervaring heeft met financial/regulatory reporting binnen het bankwezen en ervaring heeft met het maken van de vertaalslag van regulation naar data en IT. De werkzaamheden zijn een combinatie van rapporteren/analyseren tijdens de run/maandafsluiting en uitvoeren van de change agenda tijdens de change periode, waarbij qua tijdsbesteding de focus ligt op rapporteren/analyseren tijdens de run

You can make the difference as Senior Data-driven Reporting Analyst in the External Reporting tribe within the CFO domain of the Rabobank.

You and your job

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our Retail NL and RGO squads in the Finance Reporting area within the External Reporting tribe bring talented people together to deliver (non-)financial information for the external and internal reporting of the bank. With you as a Senior Data-driven Reporting Analyst, the squads will consist of 17 diverse colleagues in a variety of roles.

• You contribute to the execution of our CFO change agenda, including our transition to technology-enabled data-driven reporting and analysis;

• You provide reliable reports and data to stakeholders, in terms of data quality and compliance with external reporting requirements and internal reporting policies;

• You provide relevant information and analysis on KPIs/KRIs and underlying drivers to stakeholders.

You and your talent

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with minimum 5 years relevant work experience;

• Knowledge of financial products;

ZZP opdrachtomschrijving:

Welk resultaat wil de opdrachtgever (voor zichzelf) realiseren?

- Het verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid van rapportages, het verbeteren van de efficiëntie van het rapportageproces en het waarborgen van de compliance van de rapportages met externe reporting requirements.

Wat is de beoogde situatie op de einddatum? (graag ook begin en einddata invullen)

- Deze opdracht is geslaagd, als we van Q2 2025 tot Q4 2026 de volgende doelstellingen hebben bereikt:

1. Bijdragen aan de implementatie van de nieuwe rapportageketen door het stellen van business requirements en het testen van de oplossing met als realisatiedatum 31-12-2026;

2. Het in kaart brengen van het huidig rapportageproces en het identificeren van verbeterpunten met als realisatiedatum 31-12-2026;

3. Het reduceren van het aantal handmatige correcties door het verbeteren van de datakwaliteit met als realisatiedatum 31-12-2026;

4. Opstellen van rapporten met als doel om inzicht te verkrijgen in de rapporten en onderliggende processen, systemen, data en controls voor het kunnen bijdragen aan de eerste 3 doelstellingen.

Welke specialistische kennis is benodigd?

- Kennis van financial en regulatory reporting, en van data management.

Welke aanwijzingen wilt u aan de zelfstandige kunnen geven?

- Welke doelstellingen behaald moeten worden en aan welke criteria ze moeten voldoen.

Welke rol gaat de zelfstandige binnen het project vervullen en hoe verschillen de werkzaamheden van de werkzaamheden van werknemers?

- De zelfstandige heeft als opdracht om zich te focussen op de voorgenoemde doelstellingen, wat zelfstandige taken zijn. Input en feedback van werknemers zijn daarbij gewenst.

In tegenstelling tot bij werknemers, zal de leidinggevende de doelstellingen niet vertalen in acties en de voortgang op de uitvoering ervan monitoren. De leidinggevende zal enkel beoordelen of de doelstelllingen zijn behaald.

Is de zelfstandige vrij in de bepaling van de tijd en plaats van de werkzaamheden voor zover mogelijk?

- Ja, maar het is wel gewenst dat zelfstandige met een vaste frequentie naar kantoor komt (1x per week) om face-to-face te overleggen met andere teamleden.
