Data Analyst DORA

Role description
As Data Analyst DORA you play a crucial role in the improvement of the DORA register of information. Your role Procurement & Vendor Management (PVM) is a unit within Rabobank of approximately 100 FTE with a global procurement responsibility. The department contributes to a strong cooperative bank by delivering the services supporting the processes for Strategic category management, Sourcing & contracting, Supply risk management, Supplier- and contract life cycle management, Requisition-to-Pay. Apart from that PVM is requested to increase its mandate towards responsibility for all third party relations. PVM Global Services (GS) is responsible for enabling PVM with processes, systems, data management, reporting and project management.

PVM is report- and business owner of the DORA register of Information. This register contains all the data points required by the DORA regulation. The register collects data out of various data sources, through a variety of data distribution processes. The first register is due to be submitted to the regulator in April 2025. Many changes in terms of data quality and data distribution are necessary to bring the register to next levels of maturity. We are looking for a data analyst to embark on the new team that takes on the responsibility for the DORA register.

Key results and responsibilities
Act as an expert on the DORA regulatory requirements for the Register of Information to ensure that data definitions are correct and maintained. Participate in the collection of Register of Information data of Rabobank’s subsidiaries and foreign locations. Detect referential data inconsistencies between source systems and implement processes to correct and prevent these inconsistencies. Monitor and impact changes in source systems that might impact the information flow to the register. Advise colleagues and management on data, insights, and data sources, enabling informed decision-making. Ensure a smooth information flow to the regulator.

You and your talent
Professional Master in Business Analytics, Informatics, Maths or equivalent and ?5y of working experience.

Strong stakeholder management capabilities. 

High analytical skills. Fluent in Dutch and English.

 Knowledge of the DORA regulation. 

International & culturally sensitive.

 Fluent in English.
