HR Program Architect / Domain Architect Expert

Job Summary:
Experienced Program Architect with extensive (hands-on) experience to lead the technical aspects of the Action HR payroll transformation program and to ensure a future proof, best practice HR IT landscape (including SuccessFactors and UKG Pro WFM) .


Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the quality of solution designs, functional and technical designs, including integration designs;
- Applying architectural standards and principles, including documentation standards, to ensure a scalable, secure, and performance-driven solution;
- Developing a long-term vision for the HR architecture, both within and beyond the program's scope, including an end-state, transition architecture, and roadmap;
- Leading the design approval process and improving program governance when necessary;
- Close collaboration with technical teams, solution architects, and business teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.

Requirements:
- English-speaking is a MUST, Dutch is a PLUS;
- Proven experience with the integration of HR systems, especially - SuccessFactors (EC) and Payroll (ECP);
- Demonstrable experience with architecture frameworks, preferably with experience in HR architecture landscapes;
- Knowledge of best practices in HR landscapes and landscape transformations, including processes, technology, and operational models;
- Experience with implementations and integrations of SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Workforce Management solutions within large-scale, fast-growing, and multi-country environments (preferably in the retail sector);
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to oversee complex technical solutions.
