Wanneer u bij ons als leverancier een professional aanbiedt en deze wordt geplaatst, hebben we informatie van u als contractpartij nodig, onder andere met betrekking tot de Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid.
De ‘WKA’ heeft als doel om misbruik te voorkomen bij de afdracht van loonheffingen bij alle schakels in de keten; van leverancier tot opdrachtgever.
Wij dekken deze risico’s voor onze opdrachtgevers af middels een geblokkeerde rekening, de G-rekening.
Dit is een rekening waarop een gedeelte van het factuurbedrag wordt gestort en waarvan u de loonheffingen en BTW kunt betalen aan de Belastingdienst.
Het af te storten % hangt ervan af of u een SNA-certificering (NEN-4400-1 of NEN-4400-2) heeft of niet en of uw bedrijf in Nederland of daarbuiten is gevestigd. De G-rekening kunt u aanvragen bij de Belastingdienst.
Indien u geen G-rekening kunt krijgen (en u kunt hier bewijs van de Belastingdienst van overleggen) dan heeft u ook de mogelijkheid elk kwartaal een accountantsverklaring (assurance report inzake inlening personeel) aan te leveren.
Hierin zal een gecertificeerd accountant (AA of RA) een verklaring afgeven over de juistheid, volledigheid en tijdigheid van de afdrachten. Let wel, de kosten voor deze verklaring komen voor uw eigen rekening.


Transaction Services (TS) is one of ING Wholesale Banking core business lines. We offer a suite of WB products and services to corporate and institutional clients. We are a significant contributor to the growth and profitability of Wholesale Banking. Our strategy is aimed at ensuring that we continue to support sustained growth for the WB by delivering competitive and relevant TS products.

The purpose of the TS Delivery Management organization is to make our clients successful by offering them seamlessly integrated TS solutions. We have a global mandate to improve products in such a way that internationally operating clients experience ING as one bank across the entire ING network. We have the asset ownership for all IT assets in scope. We are responsible for the delivery of services to our clients and stakeholders.

As a Customer Journey Expert within the TS Delivery Management organization, you will be part of Product Area Payments & Channels and will join the FI delivery team. The FI delivery team is responsible for the run & change for our payments offering to FIs. As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) you have an end-to-end responsibility for delivering and managing the solutions in systems, services and channels. You have expertise in the areas of technical product development and delivery.

As a Customer Journey Expert
• You will report to the Delivery Area Lead (DAL) of your area.
• You focus on the delivery-related activities for your respective product.
• You contribute to the improvement of the product performance.
• You are part of the global network, you stimulate cross-border collaboration and teamwork, as well as alignment with the parties that need to contribute to a specific implementation of your delivery business area.

Your key responsibilities
• You translate and refine business requirements provided by Product Management for the development of products and contribute to defining the best solution roadmap for the product.
• You apply your experience in supporting the product development with an end-to-end mindset, including the (C)OPAF implementation, delivery of the business operations and services.
• You bridge IT and business through understanding of client needs, digitization and ensure delivery is of the right quality by defining and executing user acceptance tests.
• You can simplify solutions and processes.
• You monitor usage of the product by ensuring relevant data and management information is available.
• Together with your colleagues you are responsible for meeting your QBR goals.
• You share responsibility to ensure our license to operate by secure and flawless 24/7 operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• You contribute to the risk & control compliancy to mitigate business and operational risks.

Proven track record and technical skills
• Master's or bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of payments experience
• Experience and affinity with FI Payment products (e.g. Correspondent Banking, Swift, ISO2022, Loro, Nostro, Vostro)
• Experience and/or affinity to deliver results together with our Tech suppliers
• Experience in implementation of a new target architecture/operating model would be beneficial
• Proven experience or strong affinity with the ING Agile Way of Working is a plus.
• Experience working in product delivery is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

-should bridge product management and TECH /OPS to deliver project results
-can challenge seniors within the stakeholder group to agree on feasible goals/ambitions
-can translate high level business requirements into features together with IT Business Analist and or Solution Architect and or IT Integrator
-can coordinate change within a complex value chain, managing different internal suppliers (Tribe Leads, Product Owners) to get things done
-can think out of the box to simplify / break down complexity to motivate stakeholders / suppliers
-can organize/ prepare steering committees
-can communicate to the point and clear and can pitch ideas/ solutions/ plan of approach
-does escalate / ask for help when needed
-can connect easily
