Your Role:
As a SailPoint ISC Administrator, you will work on transferring SailPoint management from the IAM program to the newly formed IAM ART. In your role, you are responsible for managing and monitoring the SailPoint ISC environment. You will also contribute to the transition from SAP IdM to SailPoint and act as a partner towards the IAM program. Your opinion is highly valued in the development of the new landscape2.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the SailPoint ISC environment.
- Handle incidents.
- Improve the coherence in the IAM landscape and elevate the service to a higher level.
- Advise on information security in project teams and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Make recommendations for problems caused by process challenges, emerging threats, and technological changes.
- Set up and improve management processes.
- Train team members to build knowledge in the IAM ART.

Requirements:
- You have a completed HBO or WO education.
- Demonstrable experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable, (certified) hands-on knowledge and experience with managing SailPoint ISC.
- Strong understanding of an Enterprise IAM landscape.
- Thorough knowledge of LDAP, directory servers, SQL, and database concepts.
- Experience with standards such as SCIM and REST.
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and agile working methods such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
- Good command of the English language.
- Good command of the Dutch language is a plus.

- We work hybrid, but we expect you to be physically present at one of our offices (Arnhem, Haarlem, Amsterdam) at least twice a week. It is a full-time assignment of 40 hours per week.

Opdrachtomschrijving: 
Bij Alliander hebben we al vroeg ingezet op digitalisering om de energietransitie te versnellen. Ons doel is om IT-kernsystemen te vernieuwen en tegelijkertijd de ontwikkelingen binnen de digitale ecosystemen te ondersteunen. Binnen dit kader spelen het Identity & Access Management (IAM) programma (als onderdeel van Fit4Future) en de IAM ART een belangrijke rol, waarbij we IAM applicaties vervangen en vernieuwen. Eén van deze stromen is de introductie van Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud ter vervanging van de huidige SAP IdM oplossing, waarmee we de basis leggen voor een nieuwe IAM-inrichting. Jouw rol: Als Sailpoint ISC Administrator werk je aan de overdracht van Sailpoint beheer van het IAM programma naar de recent gevormde IAM ART. In jouw rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en monitoren van de Sailpoint ISC omgeving. Je draagt daarnaast bij aan de transitie van SAP IdM naar SailPoint en acteert als partner richting het IAM programma. Ook waarderen we je mening enorm in de ontwikkeling van het nieuwe landschap.
Als de ISC expert binnen de ART ben jij de persoon die Sailpoint ISC goed moet laten landen. Hiertoe zijn de volgende mijlpalen gedefinieerd:
1) In beheername van Sailpoint ISC (1-7-2025)
• Beheren en monitoren van de Sailpoint ISC omgeving.
• Afhandelen van incidenten.
2) Borgen van beheerproces (1-12-2025)
• Inrichten en verbeteren van Sailpoint beheerprocessen.
• Opleiden van teamleden in de IAM ART, zodat zij het beheer kunnen overnemen van het F4F programma
• Verbeteren van de samenhang in het IAM-landschap en de dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau tillen.
3) Toekomstbestendig maken (1-2-2026)
• Aanbevelingen doen voor problemen veroorzaakt door procesuitdagingen, opkomende dreigingen en technologische veranderingen.
• Adviseren over informatiebeveiliging in projectteams en het naleven van beveiligingsstandaarden waarborgen.
