Whilst we are unable to give any guarantees, we do promise to do our absolute best to help you find an appealing assignment. This all depends on the client and their specific needs. It is therefore difficult to predict a match, and when one might occur.
At HeadFirst, we use a model whereby both the client and the independent professional pay for the services they use. In your case, there is a choice between a Basic (free), Premium (€3.00 per hour worked) or Excellent service package (€6.00 per hour worked). In addition, the client pays a fixed, low fee on top of the rate you charge us. This fee covers our services to the client: recruitment and selection, contract and risk management and administration. We are transparent about our final fees. Want to know what the client is paying? Feel free to ask.
Our new Excellent service package not only means guaranteed payment within 10 days, it also gives you closer access to a dedicated relationship manager to advise and assist with finding your next assignment. Alternatively, engage a job coach to discuss your personal development. You can enjoy these benefits for just €6 per hour worked. This service level also includes all of the benefits that come with the Premium package.
Premium registration (€3.00 per hour worked) allows you to apply for open assignments direct and be visible to clients and our recruiters 24/7. In addition, you’ll receive assignments and tailored advice from your dedicated relationship manager. This package insures you against liability. We always pay within 14 days. And of course, we provide second-to-none contractual and administrative processing.
By choosing the Basic registration, you are keeping many things in your own hands. And that’s why there are no costs involved. You won’t be taking advantage of our full service offering: as such, you won’t be able to respond to open assignments through Striive. Invoices will be paid in line with the payment terms agreed with the client. Customisation of contracts is not possible. What we will do, is carefully and quickly process contracts for assignments with our clients that you come across via your own network.
Premium registration guarantees that all invoices will be paid within 14 days. Even if the client has not yet paid us. If you work through us on a Basic registration basis, we will pay your invoices according to the payment terms agreed with the client, plus a few administration days.

The registration process for independent professionals is the same as that for suppliers. By completing the fields, you will automatically be assigned the appropriate profile. If your business consists of more than one person, you will always be registered as a supplier. This is the case even if you are operating as a private limited company consisting of two people.
You can log in once you have registered in Striive. Once registered, click on ‘login’ in the top right-hand corner of the website and enter your email address and password. Forgotten your password? Simply request a new one through the ‘forgotten password’ option. Forgotten which email address you registered with? Email us at info@headfirst.nl.
There are two possible reasons for this:
1. You have entered the incorrect password too many times back to back. You can unlock your account by requesting a new password using the ‘forgotten password’ option.
2. We have identified an error in your profile. There are various possible reasons for this. Please get in touch with us at info@headfirst.nl or by calling 023 – 568 56 30 and we will resolve the issue.
